i have the head/tail light kit. I think it would be better if you dont connect it if you want your battery to last longer, and also what battery are you runniong on?
I'm running duracell rechargable Ni MH 900 mAh which seems to last a while but im running on stock motor. Is the motor alot faster?

The Stage 2 has an increase of 3k rpm and 5 different gears to choose from. It's significantly faster but I haven't tested all of the gears yet. I'm gonna need new tires soon tho.... I keep doing burn outs (holding the back tires slightly off the ground). I'm waiting on the stage 3s tho. =P

How much were your batteries and the charger? I seriously need one now. haha

I bought the radio shack rechargable Ni MH and charger for 24 I think(takes less than 2 hours to charge)......comes with 8 batterries.
I went to my local walmart and bought 8 duracell rechargables cuz they have higher energy capacity

Ahh IC. Well I might get some or I might invest 100 bux in a Li Ion pack and charger.

Says that the power output propels it to 30.x mph. WTF!? haha like 200 octane race gas. lol

IDK about that, There just packing more volts in the battery cells, The battery isn't gonna last much longer considering that its only 550 mAh But i could be wrong. My batteries are good enoguh for me and driving it daily.

it's a 4pack tho as opposed to a two pack. And they're rechargeable. >.> Maybe i'm lookin at this the wrong way but oh well. lol.

I'm obsessed with speed.... Even at the 1/24th level..... I know now.

This isn't a present...it's a curse. hahaha

I've been looking at alot of the atomic products, and they seem to be really nice!. I would go with that battery pack cuz its gonna give u more speed which is a good thing(most of the time).

Lol well.... the biggest place i can play in atm is in my lounge which isn't much bigger than my room. I live in a single dorm and well......it's small. Last night i put all the chairs up on the tables in the lounge and went for it. the turn radius on this thing is kinda wide if you ask me...

I wanna get some of the AMod parts but then i'm worried i won't have any money for the REAL Evo. A curse i say! Curses!

[edit]

if you look at the Amods menu page for the Evolution series it kinda reminds you of Works Evo's page in SF. haha pretty much mostly engine and chassis. gahhhh...i need.....suspension...upgrades..... i hate this ugly toe in on the front wheels. lol

I have that evo also, I pimped it with AWD, metal bearings, stage 2 (soon to be stage 2 with crest spin brush mod), body kit and drift rims. I had to buy a parts car though, I had some nasty crashes and a few over-tourqing incedents on some of the screws. I seriously have had more fun with this car than I had with my XTM Mammoth. Me and 2 guys at work race each other all the time in the warehouse.
Edit: Spin brush mod

Similar torque to the stage one motor with the higher rpm of the stage two motor.
