Can I get factory HID lamps on an RS EVO 9 as a factory option? My 2000 Si got stolen and was found stripped and damage. I am settling with Geico and we are pretty close getting this wrapped up. I am driving my Blazer and I really want to get this EVO RS 9 ball rolling. South Oklahoma City is the worst place to own a modified vehicle if you do not have a garage
