Hey guys, this is not a post if i should buy the EVO or the STI but a post of what evo should i buy? I just can't decide between a white RS or a blue evo 9.

White RS upsides: its cheaper therefore more mods, it can easily be a sleeper, its white with no wing so less noticeable by cops, its alittle faster then a reg evo 9, boost gauges

White RS downsides: no power windows, no power locks, no wing(doesn't look as cool), i hate the color white looks aweful on any car, no sound system

Evo 9 upsides: Power everything, i love the color blue, cool wing, good enough sound system, sound dampening material, more girls would recognize it

Evo 9 Downsides: it costs more so less mods, more noticeable by cops, won't get sleeper status, no boost gauges, it wieghs more so its slower.


Too many choices ahhh!!! Can you guys give me some input? No flaming please :P

 

take the wing off the Evo 9.. then your sleeper status.. but the RS is cool if your just looking for a performance car not luxury..

 

I'm getting to be an old guy and while the wing is cool I couldn't see myself with the big wing, so I got a red RS. I really like the sleeper look, the cops hardly notice (knock on wood). I've put in a nice Alpine stereo and a good radar detector. Thinking about a lazer jammer now and then performance mods.

Either way you can't go wrong with an EVO.

 

dude what is the question?? which one is better? it just depends on what you want and what you plan to do with it. Can you live without keyless entry, power windows and the wing? The RS does not have ABS, do you feel you need it? hate the colour, well you could get another colour! Don't know where you are going with this.

 

the evo is not and will not ever be a sleeper, go with the gsr, its blue first of all, and abs rocks

 

get a STi so our insurance rates won't keep goin up
