does anyone out there know the size of the stock evo9 exhaust? im thinking 2.5" but its only a guess. if anyone can tell me for sure id really appericate it.

you guessed right, the flange on the muffler is only 2.25 though I put a muffler delete on the stock flange and a 2.5 slid right over it.

actually, the reason i asked is cuz im planning to get an electronic cutout. i know i can fit it behind the cat, but it seems there is a reasonable amount of room in front so imma try real hard to put it in front of the cat. I figure since the piping is 2.25, might as well get it in that size... good thing i didnt already order the 2.5 one lol. And dont be rude to people asking questions, this the Evolution forums not the RSX forums.
