Hello everyone, I just want to know what is the recommended brake fluids/oil for the evo 8? Any info/help would be highly appreciated.

 

Mitsu recomends:

Engine oil - fully synthetic engine oils displaying ILSAC GF-3 certification symbol ("Starburst" symbol) or comforming to the API classification SL or SL/CF. Or you could just look at the oil filler cap.

Manual transaxle - Gear oil API classification GL-4 SAE 75W-85W or 75W-90

Transfer oil - Hypoid gear oil API classification GL-5 SAE 90

Rear diff gear oil - Hypoid gear oil API classification GL-5 or higher; SAE 90, 85-W90 or 80W-90

Brakes - Conforming to DOT 3 or DOT 4
