I personally am glad they limit test drives when the criteria below is how people judge the quality of the car. Also you don't know what you think you do. The evo is a sub-5 second car (not sub-4) and to get sub-5 you're going to be doing a lot of clutch abuse.

+5 billion. the Evo i'm picking up tomorrow will have less than 10 miles on her, and i am very very happy about that

to the OP: just go to a local Evo meet, i'm sure ppl will be more than happy to give u a ride in their Evo.

I got to test drive before the paperwork was started. I've gotten cars through this dealership before though so they remembered me. They let me drive a GSR and an MR twice each just to make sure I knew what I wanted. I didn't romp it either one though. When I was talking with the salesman, a guy pulled up in an RSX with his girlfriend and just went straight to ask for a testdrive. He was given the line though. So he just took off.
