I am getting an EVO

Okay so I just got back from texas and my mom said if I save 3200 before the end of august she will get me a 24K maybe 25k car and I am getting an evo of course. My dad is giving me 1k when I move out so I will be getting and evo in august

anyways about how much should I ask for a used 05 and about how many miles would it have on it to get it for 24-25k. Or is an 03 the only evo in my price range?

and are white ones rare? because white is my favorite color for the evo but I never seen one in person.

Thanks in advanced.

Well I am sure you can find an 05 evo brand new but it will be hard to find because as we all know the IXs have taken over. You can also definantly find an 05 between 24-25k but get ready for the mileage and the only thing about used is that it probably has been beaten to death. White isn't a rare color, its just that people prefer a different color or they just couldn't get the color they wanted. Just be careful when you buy a used evo. Check EVERYTHING when you get one. Good luck!

you just got a new eclipse and you want an evo? y not just get the evo in the first place? or is it going to be your daily driver. what is the negative equity on the eclipse if you are selling or trading it?

even though he did jack the thread, the answer posted in his thread to the original question are the best possible choices he could go with.

Seems like it was his first car and is going to college. Maybe he got the eclipse to learn on it and play it safe...also it could be his daily driver since his mom is basically giving him a new used car. Hell if someone gave me a new car, if I saved money I would take that deal Good luck man.

all understandable but just thought it was funny he decided to post in a thread that was about another guy wanting a car when there are so many other threads.

and thats what i was asking if it was going to be his dd or did he pay for it without his parents if they are offering to buy another 25k car. just trying to figure out the situation because he will most likely lose a couple grand on negative equity if he is trading it
