Well, almost. Im goin to look at a 2003 EVO in about an hr. I know the Mitsu family pretty well, I have worked on lots of 1g's and currently own 2 Starquests. The EVO Im goin to look at needs a good bit of work done to it, ie, body, interior, engine components. Im seriously contemplating just making this a race/autox car, and not a DD. Since I will be needing to replace oem equipment im probably gonna just go ahead and get aftermaket parts. Anyways, just wanted to say hey, and I cant wait to see a EVO sitting in my driveway. Good thinking. I would never buy a used evo for obvious reasons (yours being the most extreme case). Defintely don't use the one you're looking at as a daily driver.

 

well, its a done deal, im bringing the trailer and getting it wed. It does have some things done to it, full 3 in turbo back exhaust, full JIC coilover kit. and some other goodies. now i need oem parts to get it drivable...
