Aftermarket springs

I've tried searching, but haven't been able to find a very exact answer to my question. Will installing aftermarket springs hurt the life of my stock shocks? I'm assuming they will but I have no idea by how much.

Just dont go too low and you should be fine. Check out Works or Tenabe for some nice ones. I hear H&R also makes a nice set that isn't too low.

Tien i hear will destroy your shocks. Correct me if im wrong you experts out there.

are you looking for perfomance or is it mostly cosmetic?

If you are looking for only cosmetic, then go for it but be aware that too much drop(more than 1.5inch), will blow your struts a lot sooner.

I would recommend a full coilover sysytem though (the ones you can adjust your ride height without changing strut travel).

Just my opinion.
