The black lip you are talking about is part of the under cover. And, since nicking a curb is something that happens to everyone but the most **** drivers, I'd suggest the chances of buying a used one in good condition is small. So, you will probably need to order this new from the dealer. By the way, my experience is that these plastic parts are inexpensive.
