I'm in california and I'm saving as much money as possible before I buy an evo 9 I was just curious when they will no longer be producing them or sending them to the dealerships around the united states anymore? Thanks

 

i think aug shipment is the last of them. There are several threads on this site about the same question

 

there's still a couple dealerships in my area that are stocked full of them... it does'nt look like they're moving any of the Evo's either...

 

What!!! these FCKRS here are making me wait to get one because they are to freaking lazy to go to a different state to get it.

 

lol. The closest dealership to me has at least 10 in stock. They park them all outside.

i wouldnt be surprised. california is where the damn cars come in from overseas most of the time. it would be logical as to why there are so many of them over there.....

 

End of August is supposedly end of Evo IX production. So figure it would take around 2 months to ship what's in production currently and in post production overflow storage here, and you will still see new Evos showing up on dealer lots through at least Oct 2006.

 

a few dealers in SoCal are ordering as many as they can so they can have some to sell in following months...the IX has been out of production for the last month. the SE should hit dealers mid August and they will be in production for 2 months i believe...

 

god i hope they have some in the beginning of Nov. I live in So Cal and im 18 this month and i have been saving to buy one for a few months... if i saved 10k for a downpayment and cant find one in stock im gunna cry haha...

think i will have any luck with a MR in november?

 

its very possible, i know the dealership im at just moved 2 blue base IX's this past week

ppl have been saying they might try and hold onto them over the winter and sell them as high as possible after that since ppl will do anything at that point to get a new one

 

We got like 20+ over here.. so keep in mind is Hawaii though.. so its kinda more expensive then in the mainland..

There is 22 in my local dealership. I'm thinking of getting one this January of February. I hope they won't sell out also.
