Because it's not a Honda...seriously...you have a IX MR, which is one of the baddest possible cars you could own and you're installing some gay CF stuff on it? Man, please treat it like a race car and not a Honda Civic...please.

Don't listen to Warrtalon. He is overly opinionated, which is worth about.... 0.

I happen to have some of these "gay" carbon fiber accessories on my 03 apex silver and it is a nice accent to the car. I have the exhaust shield, radiator shroud, cam cover, and spark plug cover. They look absolutely amazing and really dress up the car. Along with my carbon fiber lip, everything looks great. I get compliments everywhere I go!

I put the heat shield on because the exhaust shifted over and burned the rear bumper, so that fixed that problem.

I am buying the arm rest next because it protects the material and my arm rest is looking a little worn.

I bet a new arm rest from Mitsubishi costs less than that CF piece. Not to mention how much softer and easier it is on your elbow.

how come i knew that warrtalon would be here even before opening this thread?

hey warrtalon, how much are you paying a month for FGNjunior's car? oh that's right, you don't. i am getting tired of telling you to stop with your crap and you also got a very similar warning from speedlimit a few days ago. not everybody likes the same things as you and some people actually enjoy making their car look like they want. is it really that hard to understand that?

get it through your head once and for all: the guy can put a freaking park bench on his trunk and paint his car screaming pink and he has every right to do so regardless of what you think is rice or not.

oh btw, all the parts will fit your car and they all nice. the only thing that i would pass on is probably the arm rest. it looks good and all but i imagine that if you are driving with short sleeves, the CF would not be as nice as the softer oem one...

thanks for the support guys...i kinda felt bummed out after the first comment of "are you serious"...especially being that I had alreayd placed the order lol...I really want my car to look nice and Im just looking to protect it the best I can...

CF Armrest - protect the Mitsu armrest from getting worn out
CF HeatShield - protect my bumper from getting burned
CF License Panel - protect my paint from the rich fuel curve that is pumping out from my exhaust

and...a turbo keychain...just for the heck of it :-p

Since I bought my car cash I dont really have to worry about monthly payments...so might as well buy some goodies with the money I would have paid monthly...plus...my evo went back to the dealer when the washer fluid hose popped off (factory defect)...so Im kinda missin my evo and buying some presents for when its back

I mean..those are things I truly feel would look nice...and Im not trying to overdo anything and make it look like a honda with a bunch of decals on it and overfilled with un-necessary interior stuff...once again...thanks everyone for backing me up...everyone has their own opinion, im just glad most people are with me
