o2 sensor wrench size???

Any one know for sure what size wrench is required for the front 02 sensor?

I know I don't have the proper size and don't want to strip it, I also need to order an M18X1.5 tap so I figured I would order at the same time.

most auto parts stores have a specific socket that fits over the o2 sensor. just tell them that its on a mitsubishi and you need the socket. Its not that expensive, prolly around $10 and be sure to use wd-40 arond the base of the sensor and let it sit for a few minutes before atempting to pull it out.

You can also use an adjustable crescent wrench, that works too.

I soaked it down with liquid wrench last time I tried to pull it out, since I did not have the proper size wrench I did not want to torque on it too hard. An adjustable would have rounded the crap out of it.

Thanx for the info on the 22!
