I know this is going to sound like a flame, but I don't intend to offend you.

Why would you put carbon fiber anything on a lancer es?

I would guess that 8/10 times, people put CF on their car for aesthetic reasons.

Why would I put Carbon Fiber on my lancer es??? already got a CF trunk, CF Evo8 Spoiler, will be getting CF Hood, already have inside carbon fiber door panel and inside pillars- those are probably one of the sweetest things on my car, i'm just going for the evo8 knock-off look...maybe one day my lancer es will look better than most evos but it slower than a peice of poop, minivans beat me!

Dude part it out, buy an 03 evo for like 18k, finance for 5 years and be happy.

Your payments will be like 400 bucks and you'll have a rally inspired beast, instead of a commuter car with ricer fiber.

400$ Payments, wow thats double what i'm paying now, for that much I might as well go lease an Escalade, I make a lil' over 10$/hr no way could I afford an evo, I might as well try to get financed on a Mclearen F1 or a Ferrari , but honestly 18 grand ain't bad for an evo, just wish I had money I could waste...

With all the money you've spent on carbon fiber items for your lancer you could probably afford something better.

Since you're on a budget though...why not lay a nice juicy turd on the ground, polish it till it's nice and shiny, and drive that?

^NO ****, save your money and stop buying crap for that car. Use it as a lil daily driver, save yo money and buy a real car. It's called discipline. Have a little.

Everyone at my work says the same thing you guys say. I really haven't spent that much on CF, I got some good deals. If I could save my money to buy a nicer car it be a BMW, that will only take about 20 years untill than I'll be driving my nice shiny turd, my 2003 ES...hell I still could be driving my 93 geo storm, talk about a turd.
