hey im sorta int he market for a evo, i was wondering if u guys could help me out with a few things..

i know they have weak clutches? what else should i be weary of when buying used 2003-2004 evo.



also whats the tire wear like on the stock setup?

stock advans dont last long at all...

transfer cases arent the strongest thing in the world if you plan on doing hard launchs...

 

well i dont launch hard but i drive my car like i stole it...i wore out the ADVANS in 2 months...but i was powerslide crazy then... i havent had any problems with the drivetrain...its a great car

 

well i ask cuase i am on a budget so if tires go fast then maybe i shouldnt buy 1 =(
