evoXI vs. evoXI mr edition
which is better evo from to two. even though the mr has 6 speed better suspension that ride can be torable. cuz i got a XI and people keep telling me
mr is the better car. which kinda broke my heart
cuz base on this forum i see

I have a IX and don't think the extra money is worth an MR. In my opinion. Also I wanted a sunroof

Most of the people that say the MR is sooo much better are the ones who have no idea and just read magazine articles. They are very close in comparison and its just a matter of person preference if you want the softer ride, 6 speed trans and some other smaller extras. Dont worry about those people, they are jealous they dont have an evo so they need to make it look like they wouldnt want your car.

it's personal preference, dude don't worry about it. Same motor and pretty much the same performance. I personally went from and VIII GSR to a IX MR and I love this 6speed. Wasn't sure if I would or not but I do.
so get your self some full coilovers and im guessing you will have basicly the same car haha. but with the full coils you will prolly handle better and you will still have money left over from what you didnt spend!

So to say performance wise an RS IX for around under 30K and save the 6-10K from buying an MR for mods? I really want an MR but probably no money leftover for upgrades...
i wouldve bought an MR if it came with a sunroof (cant because of aluminum roof) full leather interior (which isnt offered in the MR). so my choice was easy, an SSL IX (BR350 #005) Apex silver.
