Hi,
I'm waiting for the X to come out
but also wondering that how's the reliability of Mitsubishi?
and what is the average life of an EVO?

I've never owned a Mitsubishi but have always wanted one

The X will be a completely new chassi with a completely new engine. Be prepared for those gremlins that plague any new platform.

This Evo is my first Mitsu as well and I am very pleased with the performance and daily aspects of the vehicle. I have a little under 10k miles but there are quite a few owners in the 100k range running just fine. Beware of the dealers though, they aren't referred to satan for no reason....

 

You are going to have to wait till November of 07 for the X to come out. I was going to wait too, but I just got my IX MR and I couldnt me more happier

 

i have an 05 evo 8, at about 16,000 miles bout to hit 17 thou, and i have yet to have any problems. i too wondered about their reliability, but i have to say it gets me where i need to go and on the way there im having a great time driving her.

 

what about for the IX?
how's the reliability and average life?

i would assume the same. i have friend who owns one and i havent heard any complaints.
