You never said it was a mirage. I was just doing some looking and I found out that your car isn't even a evo. Nice try though.

Are you guys serious? If you dont know, then dont say anything. The car IS a real EVO1. The car was REPAINTED!! It was red and it needed bodywork, so he decided to paint the car EVO 8 blue, but the painter ****ed the color up. Get your facts straight before saying anything because neither of you have a clue, but nice try.

Well it looks like some people down it Florida think differently on the galant site. It looks like they know his whole setup so it looks like they do know what they are talking about. http://www.galantvr4.org/ubbthreads/...t=1#Post380900 Here you go. If you want me to totally believe you, post a pic of the chassis number off of the fire wall, and a picture of the driveshaft and a pic of the inside the trunk.

This was posted by TomN:
Jerry car was done with all US parts. Its a 6 bolt 2.4 from a hyundai with a awd tranny, tcase and rear from a 1g eclipse. Drive shaft is custom made.
The harness is also from a 1g and it runs a AEM ecu.
Incase anyone cares it runs 10.2 @ 132 on 205/45/16 street tires and pump gas/meth injection.

If you go with a the evo3 tranny and rear end you can use a 98-99 tcase if you have trouble finding a evo 3 tcase.
I would stick with a us engine and wiring harness. Trying to find evo3 ecu`s are a pain.

Sounds like the same car to me. They also posted the same pics of it that he did. I think I do have my facts straight, but maybe you don't.

If you are intrested in prices for these cars look it Ireland or the UK they are a dime a dozen with all the parts.

www.autotrader.ie

They all come from Japan as grey imports (not offcially imported by the big M)

You are a dumbass. He has a 94 mirage & the evo1. The mirage is yellow and this evo1 is blue. Like I said before, get your facts straight before you make yourself look like an idiot!

He owns several cars. 1 of which is the evo1, a YELLOW mirage w/the 2.4 6bolt you speak of that runs 10.25@134, and an eagle summit.

So, like I said before, if you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about, then please stop typing.
