What clutch should i go with?

I'm almost positive that my clutch is going to need to be replaced when they get in to change the seal that's leaking.

What clutch do you guys recommend?
I don't race at the track, and i don't launch at all.

A tune is not in the budget right now, however fixing the problems created by the sh1tbag mechanics at my local dealer...is.

I have a MBC sitting in my room...another part that will have to wait until my car is working properly.

Which model by ACT?

Stock.

With your mods there's no reason to change the clutch.

I daily drive mine (and race it)!

This:

That is a DSM clutch, not Evo.

I heard the act street discs are really nice. If you plan to mod more in the future, I'd say go with the exedy twin plate... it's a really nice clutch. Very easy to drive daily (in fact, i do). It does'nt chatter half as much as everyone says and the pedal feel is still pretty light, yet solid.

Has anyone tried Spec clutches? I hear alot of people running them with different cars, but not Evos. I know they sell them for Evo's though.

The tranny is going to be pulled for warranty work, and my clutch is garbage...so i'm going ta have a new clutch put in at this time. I wanna do an aftermarket clutch instead of stock replacement so that i don't have to pay the labor for a clutch swap down the road.

ACT is a good clutch, and more than enough for most d/d. If you have the $$ get a twin or triple disk.
