clutch resticter removed.......

Did this today, Even after bleeding the line, the clutch seems to take less pressure to get to the floor, this makes sense I suppose seeing as there is now less restriction in the flow of the fluid...... kind of the whole point... the clutch also starts to grab sooner (closer to the floor).. seems to be working much better

It gets into gear and going ALOT better. before this mod something was always not quite right with the way the clutch engaged compared to my other cars.

Anyone else who did this mod notice the pedal a little easier to push down too... or do you think I should try to bleed the system again?

By the way, this is on a stock clutch 7000 miles, factory clutch lines.

Bleeding it again just to make sure that there is no air left in the system cannot hurt. But i did notice that my pedal went down a little easier too

then just adjust the clutch! give yourself about 3- 5 mm of freeplay at the top and it should engage much better.
