Are you Street Racing And Ripping it All the Time? Well I think the Stock Setup Stops Damn Good for daily Driving. But If you want a Little Extra Stopping power i guess you can doo that.

I just replaced my stock pads @15400 miles w/ Hawk HPS, SS lines & Motul 600. On the street their ok, they stop a little better but tend to squeek every now and again. Slotted are fine for the street, but I wouldn't bother replacing your rotors unless they are shot. Dont run track pads on the street and dont run street pads on the track. I tried my above setup on the track(Sebring, FL) and had some bad brake fade.

hawk hps are ok for street and autocross. i had them on my car (srt-4) and i pretty much ate a new set of pads up at beaverun in 1 weekend.
hawk hp+ are supposed to be ok on the track.

if you just need them for street driving the hps will be fine. they do dust like crazy though.
