Hello everyone, my name is ALAN and i currently just purchased a Lancer Evolution. I had a dsm eclipse which i did most of the work on it. dont know if my evo is having a problem. At about 4,000 rps,its starts to kick in more power like if its boosting more or if its something with the ecu. It was not doing this before.. Is this normal?? I purchased the car with about 15,000 miles and know has almost close to 18,000. Here are the mods: APS intake,WORKS re-flash, down-pipe with high-flow cat, magnaflow exhaust xs engineering piping and camshafts. Any feedback would help guys.thanks

 

 

Yea i know im confused as well, could it be a clogged up hose or something with the ecu re-flash from works???It does not do affect with normal driving, only under heavy acceleration.

 

You sure it aint the turbo kicking in???

Nah its not the turbo, like it kind of lags at 3000 rpms and then kicks in nasty at 4000 rpms doesnt sound like the turbo,sounds like the engine is kicking in nasty, could it be the re-flash????
