I've heard that searching is the fastest way to get a reflash from anyone but seriously...Dynoflash is cheapest and some people love it, others hate it, heard alot about WORKS, JESTR Tuning, theres a whole bunch man just use the search button.

Thanks again,
Cheapest would be a mail-in flash. Best way would be a custom tune. You live in Sacramento. Vishnu and Speed Element are both very close to you (bout 2 hours. Im moving to Reno, so reseaching this myself when i get out there.). Vishnu would probably yield more power with a more aggressive tune, but also cost aroun 1000 (so ive heard). Speed Element should be alot cheaper and produce decent gains. Havent been able to get in touch with them though.

Check the ECUFlash section. You can buy a cable for $90 and get an E-flash from $50-100 depending on the vendor. That's the cheapest route I've seen. You will get more from a custom tune though.
