Hello, Im just wondering if the voltage gauge that comes in the sports meter kit is important because I want to get the Defi BF gauge but they dont have the voltage gauge. So far im thinking of getting the boost and oil temp gauge but I don't know what the 3rd one should be... Thanks.

 

Volts not really that important. Your first 3 gauges should be Boost, oil PRESSURE, egt (exhaust gas temp)

The reason for oil pres over oil temp is that the are indirectly related to each other. And if your oil pres descreases that means your oil is warming up and vice versa.

 

/\ Exactly. And Oil Temp isn't as good at telling you if you've blown a line or cracked your pan on something.
