Just make sure to look over the car before you drive it off. Often showroom cars have been scuffed/scratched/dinged because those pre-pubescent teenagers have been molesting it.

Another thing.....2K below MSRP is not a good deal. But you have to play it cool. You cant let them know you want the car that bad because they are going to rape you on the price unless you can show them you are willing to walk at any point.

I can't see why you can't get the MR for $34K. When I was shopping for my Evo last year they had a special on the 05 and I got mine for $28K. He told me that I can get the 06 MR for $34K, well almost $35K. Something like $34,9??.

But either way, you're never forget that feeling when you drove home in one.

Well my dad is finalizing everything today while I'm at work. So he'll get it cheaper. He'll take care of all of it.. So I'll see what the real deal is when he calls me today when everything is takin care of. N if it all gets takin care of. I should be goiin to get it after work today.

Really...? The MSRP on the model I want is $31,399. So if $29,399 is not a good deal, then is $28,000 good? Because everyone seems to think it's way too low... Honestly, I'd like to pay $27-$27.5, but everyone's telling me that's impossible. So what would be a "good deal"...?

You guys are on the wrong coast, but over here nobody should pay over invoice on this car. Hell I'm getting 2250 below invoice on a new black MR with 5 miles.

You east coast folks have it rough, but that means you have to do your HW and find a dealer that is willing to match west coast pricing. might take longer to find one, but hey if it saves you 2k, then why not?

You basically have to go into the dealer and know that you are in control not them. And that at any moment you are willing to walk out the door. 60% of the time when they see you walk they will try and chase you down with a better deal. They can tell when they have ur *** on the hook. Dont let them know that the evo is the only car u are looking at. Tell em you are looking at G35, S2000, 335i, and that you better get a good deal to drive home in a mitsu before you drive home in an BMW.
