New Guy in NJ
Hey all, I just put a deposit down on an 06 Apex Silver MR. Should be picking it up next week. I have seen some evo's around my around before(Parsippany) so hopefully I can meet some of you. I'm not new to the mitsu crowd, I owned a few Starions an 87 and an 88 a few years back. Not many people even knew what that car was, lol.
Anyway, here's a bad pic of the car in the showroom:

NIce car....how much of a deposit did u have to put to hold for a week??
The dealership here was going to charge 500/day so I didnt put a deposit and they sold my car.......
Dont forget to check the car in the sunlight before you take it home.....all those kids touching your car and walking up next to it might have scratched it...so make sure the body is good before u take her home

I am positive the car is an MR, but I think it has the appearance package that gives it the front lip.
I put 1k down to hold for the week. I made it pretty clear I wanted the car with the salesman. I threw down 1k in cash on the desk, asked him if it would hold it for a week, and he said no problem.
JDM, I must have walked around the thing 100 times while the sales guy was filling out papers, there were some handprints, but I didn't spot and scrates or scuffs. I will give it a closer look when I go to pick it up.

I should have checked the other MR there, it didn't have the same front lip as this one.
Im not 100% certain but I know the SE got the new red stitching on the seats which I see in your pics. Don't know if the original MR had that or not. But I know that is one way to tell that its an SE.
