All depends on the dealer. I went in to get mine at 600 and as I went to pay for it they told me the first one is free...

10w 30 full synthetic, I let the dealership do my first, I never will again. When I changed my oil after 2k it was black with metal all in it.

there is no need to change the oil as soon as some people are changing it...that used to be a good thing on older cars but it is not necessary on newer ones...just go by the owner's manual which is 3750 miles for severe and 5000 miles for normal.....also it is not necessary to break a car in with normal oil and then switch to synthetic...another older car thing.....just go to www.mobiloil.com and it tells you this kind of stuff.....anyways synthetic oil still has a lot of regular oil in it...it just has additives that make it better .... just use 10w30 mobil 1 synthetic....or you could use castrol syntec or whatever...just make sure it is synthetic and 10w30....

there are still a lot of myths floating around about oil and such...you can learn a lot if you go to the mobil website or castrol or whatever
