I have a wideband but my friend wants a narrowband installed (lightshow )

I connected it to a ground and acc power blah blah and I found the sensor wire, I found out that is car uses a 3+volt system and the gauge is based on a 0-1volt...

what would I need to use in order to make it work?

any ideas?
