AYC - Active yaw control pushes power from side to side going to the most gripping set of wheels..

If you want more info google it.

If you want to see if the car has A/C go look under the hood

I don't believe that the EVO VII RS comes with A/C and radio. Although preliminary reports say an "urban jungle package" for the USDM VIII RS with A/C and power locks and doors, what happened instead was that all the VIII RS' just have A/C pre-installed and no other power amenities (except for steering and brake assist). There is no ABS either on the VII or the VIII RS.

Although A/C was added for the USDM EVO VIII RS, it is left off in the JDM and European market versions, although I am pretty sure it can be ordered as an option in those markets.

Very generally, active yaw control refers to the distribution of torque from side-to-side of the vehicle that can induce a feeling of oversteer or understeer depending on the situation while cornering.

For example, by routing torque to say, the left rear wheel under acceleration out of a hard right turn, the feeling of power-on understeer common to typical nose-heavy FWD cars can be reduced because this makes the vehicle want to turn right instead of plowing into the outside of the track / fence. If you do a search I think you could find more specific information. Hope this helps, and anyone else feel free to jump in an add/correct what I've said.

thanks a lot for the help so far.....but as for a everyday evo 7....i'm guessing the RS isn't really such a everyday car...especially as it doesn't have a/c...

so the RS is basically in a nut shell....faster than the others but u lose a bit of comfort...

am i correct?...the no abs is also kinda bothering me a bit too...

Thats an RS evo VII. No brembos, no enkei's, no a/c, no abs, no trunk carpeting, no radio, no power windows, no power locks, mirrors and door handles arent color matched to the paint, no Hids, pretty much nothin but if i was able to find one, i'd buy one!

If it was an Evo VII RS-2 it would be a whole different story.
