hey guys whats up? im rich from central jersey and i currently have an srt4 that is being traded in for an evo. my question is i plan on turning it in to a sleeper as all my cars are, would you recommend buying an evo 9 rs or an evo 9 and please explain why you recommend one or the other. second question 5sp vs 6sp any pro or cons besides top end will be higher with a 6sp.thanks for any and all response ahead of time.

 

an RS debadged is probably the ultimate sleeper, but you lose out on power locks, A/C and ABS. I personally like all of those options in my car ( i have the SSL) package.

i'd say just buy the IX, you can take off the wing if you want a more sleeper look.. Now whether you want 5spd or 6 thats your choice, but i dont think the extra couple grand is worth an extra gear thats just my .02

IMO get the IX for the power everything option. 5 or 6 speed is up to you. Good luck and post some pix when you get the beast.
