where can i get EVO IV patrs?

I just got a 1996 EVO IV and I am going to rebuild the motor and need parts. Are they the same as the 4g63 motor in the new evos? I am going to go ahead and do a total build everything, but no stroker kits. just a well built motor. looking to handle are 35PSi !!!! what do I need to do and what parts. my budget is around 10k on this project.
