Clutch Gone?

b\t 3500-4000 something in my car is rattling, like it sounds like the filter is jumping up and down really really fast in my car,
every gear but 1st
as soon as i go up to 3500 rpm and push in my clutch all the way the sound starts and turns off, sounds like a really really gay bov

could it be the clutch?
or what else?

Sounds like the throw out bearing. The one in my 03 got real noisy after about 40k. You should be fine as long as the clutch is not slipping. ie..rpms start jumping up with no foward motion.

Definitely then, I'd suspect the hors d'oeuvres... cocktail wieners can really f** up a clutch

You could try, but I doubt it. They will probably give you the abuse line.

Unless the noise is really bothering you and you have an extra thousand bucks laying around I wouldnt worry about. Its not going to hurt a thing. Just wait untile your clutch goes and deal with it then.

Take it in they should honor your warenty. I mean i have had them put a syncro in with out too much trouble. Just make sure your car is super clean and there is no brake dust on the rims or anything like that. Then it will look like you baby the car.
