keep the one you have, that is the best one for ur car completely stock. BUT... if you wanna sound like your car belongs in the fast and the furious, get the hks. Its ur car, make ur decision.

The stock IX dv is fine.

I have the stock plastic piece of crap but will be changing that soon.

Best bov, Forge>APS recirc

If you mod to the point of running no maf then I would get either the HKS or a Tial.

G/L and put your flame suit on.

Yes it has. Many, many, many painful times. Please search and read.

Its not confusing. You do not need a new DV. We replace them when they stop working or meeting our needs.

There is no different answer for VTA - not for Evos (unless you have standalone MAP...)

Again, you need nothing. Boston - you are near many shops. Check out the regional forum, vendors, others from your area...

HKS is one of the worst BOVs for Evos. VTA or recir. it should not be used unless you are a guru. Advance search VTA by Malibujack - aka guru or SmikeEvo, I know I have written about this a lot.

??? See your BOV....... ....... solution -- yep - open the hood, stare at it all you want....but that is one strange fetish...or get one and put it on your desk, then you can stare at it all day...

hondas are not mitus -- listen you already admit there are many post on this subject - why did you start one? Please search and read, search and read...

Actually getting a bov on a stock car usually causes problems.

I run a APS. Not one problem with it. Stock drivability and it sounds good.

Maintaining your car are things like oil changes, tire rotation, and upkeep. You are talking about power upgrades. TBE, MBC, flash -- those help performance. A DV will not help performance. Unless you are running high psi and the stocker no longer can hold it - which you are not. I strongly suggest searching and reading about the usual upgrade path for the IX. Or by calling up AMS or TurboTrix (ask for Mike). And talk to those shops about performance mods.

So there are not many shops near me either. TT is in NJ so that is not really far from you. And I know there are shops in Boston. So it looks like you will have mod via mail or the drive a little route.

PS - Evos make cross country drives fun
