I have 2006 EVO IX. I'm experiencing surge when I am cruising at about 60. When I lift my foot off the gas at this speed, the engine surges. Is this a problem with blow-out valve? Or is the spring in the waste gage not strong enough? BTW, I am pushing 29 pounds.
