tarmac black or graphite gray

i was a the dealership and almost purchased a black evo 9 se(i will buy this week), but was torn between the black and the graphite gray. has anyone had any problems with the finish of their black paint? im sure you all have your preferences when it comes to color but your feedback betwen these two colors would be greatly appeciated.
also, i given a price for a 2006 evo 9 se of 30100.00 should i try to get a better price? what is the lowest price for a se? thanks in advance.

Tarmac black is a pita to clean and keep clean. even a dust particle will show talkess of chips and scratches.... I'd go for it anyway over and over!

thanks for the help. both of those colors are beautiful. i was also wondering about the quality of the paint. 30100.00 is a good price , but it would be cool to get into the 29k area. do you think thats possible?

I had the same problem...black or gray. Black is a pita to clean but when it is damn does it look good. The only thing i don't like about the gray is that in certain light you can really see the blue in it, looks like a dolphin color...and i'm not a big fan of that. If it was straight gray i would have picked gray, but instead i have black and no regrets.

Black all the way. Its hard to keep clean, it will show up chips and scratches. But when black is clean its CLEAN.
