Downpipes are not that important as far as company. As long as its a true 3 inch, your golden. I would go with a megan downpipe and a TTP test pipe.

I have the 30th Anniversary (same as yours but stainless instead of aluminized mild steel) and run the DC Sports dp/tp. It is nice because it is one piece and it fits perfect with no rattles or anything. Plus the cat back fits perfect with the stock bumper. I have seen others with the HKS cat back and other dp / tp set ups and the tip is either tucked too far in under the bumper or sticks out too far. This combo is perfect IMO.

You can get helix stuff pretty cheap, I sold my hks 2.75" DP and works HFC for $300 and went with a helix DP used for $120, and a helix TP with cel fix for $69 NEW from group-s. The quality is actually better then the HKS DP I had, I picked up a few ponies, saved some money and spool is a bit better. Sounds cool too. You dont always need to spend a bunch of money and have name brand stuff.
