Norris design has a few really fast Evo's, inc a green 2 door Evo IX.
"3000ways" would most likely know whos the fastest.

 

Some of these mph claims seem pretty outrageous...300mph? You'd *need* an old Russian ICBM booster to get it going that fast. 202 seems more legit (I got my VII GSR on Gran Turismo up to 199...lol). I think the claims near 300 are probably kph. Evos are cool-looking, but they're not the most aerodynamic vehicles. Horsepower's needed to overcome drag, so to get to 300 mph you'd need an unattainable amount of hp.
