I had the system in my evo 8 and took it out and put my alky injection tank there hahahaha. So I don't see why you would want that sprayer.

the sprayer was put in for those with evo8's to have a convenient place to put a meth tank.

after mitsu realized how easy they made the vehicle to add a meth tank to it, they had to thwart any future plans, so they added the acd tank/pump in it's place, now forcing those of us with 9's to have ONE reason why the 8's are better

No internet huh? Pretty lame.

Tell "your friend" to go by an Intercooler Nitrous/Co2 Spray kit and let us know how it works.

So you're saying that a mist of water over an intercooler would not cool down the intercooler and reduce intake temps?? Umm, I don't buy it. I wish I had an IC Sprayer on my 05.

It might slightly, but it's not really a noticable difference, and if it doesn't come with it it's not really needed. I can see it making the biggest differences when your in stop and go traffic and boosting everytime you have a break in traffic. However, besides that situation, cruising at 50+mph on the freeway will be more then efficient at cooling the FMIC.

I know of a few people who have hooked up a water sprayer on their wrx for about $50 @ homedepot. However that was with the wrx and the TMIC, which gets a lot more heatsoak since it's ontop of the engine.

i like to fill the water sprayer tank with kool-aid and run the hose in cabin.
