Dilemma: Which is better? MBC or Pill Removal?

Spent houring digging through old threads and both have their pros and cons. The only mods I have are the K&N Panel Filter, Greddy SP2, and a Dynoflash E-Tune (22psi tapering to 16psi) once I make up my mind. I have the MBC in hand but can't decide which would be more trouble-free with the minimal mods I have. I do plan on installing a downpipe in the next few weeks with test pipe. Thanks for your help.

When you install the MBC you will be replacing your hoses ... which in turn will remove the pill.

Go ahead and install the MBC, replace the hoses and get tuned....you won't be sorry.

You gotta take that pill out after jester e-flash. You'll able to tell big difference when boost hitting 22psi.

Take out all the old lines & hook up the MBC, I did mine wastegate actuator to turbo, the response is instant, and the boost is held much better. 1.5 kg/cm, holding 1.4 kg/cm

Both will be affected by weather. The MBC will allow higher boost levels than the stock BCS system. The stock BCS system has more EBC type features.. (adjustment of Wastegate duty at certain rpms, etc). The MBC is very easy to configure and the stock BCS is difficult and will take a while to get to where you want it. The BCS has a completely stock appearance

I'm running on the stock BCS right now (21.9psi tapering to 18.5 or so) with the pill, but I have a AEM Truboost gauge/controller (havent re-installed the solenoid after a trip to the dealer), and I previously had a Forge Unos MBC.

The Forge was a easy solution but boost fluctuated with weather and I felt like it was a constant adjustment in winter and springtime.

The stock BCS has been an experiment but it works pretty decent even with the stock pill in there in my car. (I wonder if the stock pill is clogged because I can overboost with it in).

The AEM Truboost is the solution I plan on running long term. I was waiting for a car maint day to put it back in.
