a little engine dress up would probably be a good gift.

here are a few ideas. all well under 300:

a cusco exhaust manifold heat sheild.
carbon fiber or titanium spark plug cover
radiator shroud
a uk rear trunk badge
shorty antenna

and by the way, do you have a sister?

A real deal CF Do-Luck is like 600 the replicas can be had for a bit over 300 I think

well if your boyfriends evo is wingless then i would say get him the trunk lid spoiler from rexspeed or the ganador (not sure of the correct spelling) replica mirrors... those are right up that price range and its for the exterior
