it depends on what you want to do ....5 speed more conducive to drag racing, and 6 speed for auto x

Don't pay 28K for a used evo for 1500-2000 more you can get a brand new evo.

you should be able to find some decent ones for less than 25K

wow the msrp on the se is like 31 and change.. but at the dealer they mark it up to 38 holy crap...

The 6 speed is NOT best for autocross, but maybe for road racing.

Dealer is trying to rip you a new A-hole. Never buy anything from that place.

You can get a new RS for $25K. A new SE for about $31K if you shop around.

Definately shop around. I got my 05 MR w/vishnu stage 1++ kit (13,500 miles) for $24,500. I love the MR and the six speed, just .02!

The SE has the roof, along with the light weight BBS and red stitched seats. That's why I landed one.

The 6spd tranny is better all around IMO. Each shift at WOT drops no more than 2K. I like that.
