Well if the Optima is too expensive, you don't want to relocate, and you don't want a mini battery, why are you even asking the question? Your only option is to get a regular battery then.

Walmart's best free replacement battery is a good choice for a regular sized battery - cheaper, with easier replacement. Also if you relocate they have decent battery boxes for like $3.00. Anyhow, I got screwed on an 1050 amp Redtop that was in my Toyota truck, didnt evey last 3 yrs, Optima would only help If I returned it to the place of purchase (4WheelParts 600miles away) and then they wanted to pro-rate the warranty. If you do buy an Optima purchase it at Autozone or some place national so that you dont have issues if you move or are out of town when and if it does die. Optima is over rated IMO.

^^^Agreed about the Optima purchasing. Although I have never been a fan of the Red top, the yellow, or even the blue (marine) top batteries are much much better.
