Right Hand Drive Questions...

First off, let me say hi since this is my first post on evolution.net. I've been a member of Club3G (for 3rd gen Eclipses) for a while now and some of the members there referred me to this forum site for additional info and parts availability.

That being said, here's what I'm looking at, and if you have any info that can help me out, please don't hesitate to post...please do leave out the comments like, "that's a waste" or "why would you want to do that?", etc. I'm not necessarily going to even attempt this, but I'd like to at least try and find some info about it...and yes, I did search before posting, but with no luck.

I have a 2003 Eclipse (sorry it's not an Evo, but I got a good deal on it that I couldn't pass up). I'm moving to England in about 11 months, so the thought of owning a right hand drive vehicle has popped into my head a few times. Unfortunately, 3rd gen Eclipses were never made in a right hand drive configuration (that I've been able to find at least). But, Lancers and Evos are! As far as the interior goes, it almost looks like Mitsubishi designed the dash in my car to where the steering column/gauges could swap places with the glove box and air bag. The main problems I have are the lack of a RHD brake set-up and steering rack. The latter would be my main concern since I could always fab a mount for the brake system. So, I guess what I'm wondering is, does anyone know if an Evo steering rack would fit in an Eclipse? If nobody knows, would anyone be able to point me in the right direction (or get out a tape measure) so I could find out the dimensions of an Evo rack? If I could somewhat easily use a RHD Evo rack (and maybe the brakes as well), it doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to pull of converting my car over. Obviously I'd have extend my dash wiring harness, and probably make a few mounting brackets for under the dash, etc, but before I get too deep into things, I at least want to see if any steering racks are out there which I could utilizesince this seems like it would be the biggest hurdle. Please fire away if you have any info that might help!
