Certificate From Mitsubishi Co

Does anybody knows a way to get a certificate from Mitsubishi Motors that certifies an EVO VI CP9A model is safe on the road to run up to 500hp with bigger brakes and stronger suspension??

You got to be kidding. No car company is going to make themselves liable for mods you do to the car. The factory specification is it. Any more than that, you are on your own.
