Quick Release???? Security???

Alright so i searched and searched but nothing. If some one can point me in the right direction that would be great. So I have a couple of options with security on my car. I was wondering if you can hook up a quick release to the stock stearing wheel. If not where can I buy an aftermarket wheel for a good price. Second option is a push button start hidden away that only works with the key in the ignition. And then the third well everyone knows is an alarm system.

I believe most push start buttons only work with the key in the ignition. As for the steering wheel push release i'm not too sure. I know there are a few aftermarket ones you can purchase, might want to try the vendor list and see which has the best price.

I can't remember what it is called but the evo has some sort of security device(chip) built into the ignition/ecu and each key that will only allow the evo to start with the key that has the proper chip. Hence, why you cant just go get a spare key for the evo made for $4. You would have to get a spare key from mitsu and then have the key programmed to the ECU.

My honest opinion though is your going too far with the alarm & push button start. Most good alarm systems now come with remote start. You're not going to need a push start button when you can just press a button on a remote. However when you go this route with the push start remote. I believe you have to disable the function of the security device that is built into the keys/ignition
