i believe its something like 28ft lbs, i could definatly be wrong though. im sure someone else could chime in with the exact specs.

just tight enough to make sure it doesn't loosen and oil doesn't leak out.

it's not like there is force on it to hold anything.

thanks guys..dont like to second guess on certain things...seen too many stripped drain plugs due to careless overtightening.
