Almost stalling need help

Hi all. Today i finally got rid of my greddy surge valve. In its place i got a hks type 2. But when I drive and come to a stop the rpm's drop to about 400-300 and it almost stalls. I do have it recirc so thats not the problem i think. And i've adjusted that screw on the back about a hunderd times and it makes no diffrence. Dose anybody else have a clue to what the problem is?
Thanks.

Check all your vaccuum lines- That's what it has always been on my DSM's or Evo's when I've had problems like you're describing.
