Run a splitter off of the fuel pump line, then route the extra fuel line inside the cab to where it sprays fuel where the passenger's face would be. Then make your friend sit in the passenger seat when the vehicle's running...

You've seen a lot of FI cars route washer fluid to the outside of their radiator? Could you show us an example?

If you knew the 03/04s had IC sprayers, knew your 05 didn't have one, and knew your "friend" said "radiator," then you should have done what I originally said, which is to tell him to STFU!

lol i think he's trying to gain more power out of this mod by cooling his radiator so how about route the seven up into the intake manifold for extra power cuz the carbonation should increase the boost....and quench his thirst.....remember those funny 7up commercials??? sucks when they replaced the black dude

I believe what they're talking about is routing your windshied washer down to your intercooler. This is useful for hot summer days when your car is likely to suffer from heat soak. The downside of course is that you cant spray your windshied. Your best bet if you want to do this is go to a junkyard, source out a windshield washer pump, tank, hose, spray tip, and switch from any other vehicle and just route it to your intercooler. I'm not sure if having the nozzle lower than your tank will cause you any problems. It might constantly leak out, but I think that the pump would have a valve that would keep the water from going out unless activated. I'm not sure. Is it worth doing this? If you don't like losing power in summer then yeah, I think it is.

I would stick with using water though.

The brake cleaner idea is bad. Since I think that stuff will chew through anything that is rubber over time.
