keep your stocker, money is best spent elsewhere to start.

TBE = Turbo-back Exaust.

Warrtalon being harsh on newbies as usual. however, i do excuse him, since i have seen MANY threads with the EXACT same question.
as for the original poster, the stock BOV is best, and if you want to upgrade, get a stock BOV.

start searching because most questions your going to ask have been asked a million times. tbe means turboback exhaust which is downpipe, test pipe/cat or hfc, and a cat back. Look into Buschur racings stages.

I would say you're better off sticking to the stock bov or something else that reciculates like a forge or something like that, don't get anything that diverts atmospheric because it'll create problems, not too big of problems but idling will be rough and it can change the ease of shifting, so if you're looking to mod, go with a cbe

Getting a K&N drop in filter is also good.

Nice forum we've all created here...........

ok.....i was talking about one person in particular........i'll admit it. :-)
When I bought my MR I spent 2 months reading and researching. All the information is here if someone takes an hour to look it up.

For the original poster.....

1. DO NOT SCREW WITH YOUR BOV. If you want to be a ricer retard and make your car run like crap though... go for it.

2. Don't waste money on an intake. Unless your pushing 400whp you don't need one, and its just a waste of money. Go get a K&N filter and call it a day.

3. Go buy TBE, and while your at it you might want to buy an o2 housing as well. These are the best bang for your buck mods. The best are probably Buschur or AMS, but if you don't want to spend that much I hear the megan is a good bang for your buck TBE.

4. Get it tuned after the TBE.

No one is impressed by a loud car that runs like crap and goes PSSSST. Spend your money on modifications that improve performance.

keep it stock, same with intake. Unless you make more power and you need to push more than 24psi. (let say diffrent turbo).

add more money and get full turbo back or something if you dont have one.

I have a Forge BOV and it's great. Not too loud, not too soft.

It recirculates like the stock and is easy to install.
