Some Pointers?
Ok, on my 8 the calipers are peeling...bad! The dealership says that there is no way to prove that the calipers are just flawed b/c they can assume that i used some sort or chemical to clean my wheels that could be causing the clear coat to flake. This was told to me about 15,000 miles ago and i think im going to try again an argue this so i can get them replaced since they look like ****. Any suggestions on how to approach the situation or what to do? I know this is a common problem and some people have gotten it solved......any help?
how old is the car? Doubt it will get warrantied if it's an 04 model. I painted mine per one of the diy threads in the how-to section. Worked for about a year, and the looked good until I overheated them.

Also do it because I was too late 200 miles too late
, had 36,200... Ended up doing it myself. But contact they main office. It's common issue with 03's, just like the clear coat on the spoiler
